I have been a psychotherapist and  relationship counselor/coach for over 25 years. To support someone in deep pain and partner with them to make life altering changes has been my deepest love. I offer a supportive container to navigate any and all of life’s questions and changes. I believe we all possess the power within to change and or accept any circumstances. Sometimes we just need a listening ear and or a guide that sheds light on the next step on the path. I am here.
